In Dickensian Rochester, record breaking competitions were being held.
Katy Hill started her career at Eastward Hospital TV. That was before the days when she presented Blue Peter and many other TV programmes.
Katy Hill, “Essex in Vision” reporter went to find out how quickly you can eat six ice cream cornets.
The record was two minutes. So Katy tried to see if she could beat the record. She soon found out that the other contestants were not easily beaten.
How many swords when laid on their edge, can a person walk on. How many balloons can be burst, when flying a helicopter. Certainly not your every day contest.
